Sizzling Garlic Beef Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
- 500g of beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, julienned
- 1 green bell pepper, julienned
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 3 green onions, chopped for garnish

Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine the sliced beef, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok over high heat until hot. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the marinated beef to the wok and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Add the sliced onion and bell peppers to the wok. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender yet crisp.
- Season with black pepper and mix well to combine all ingredients.
- Remove from heat, garnish with chopped green onions, and serve hot.
