Ingredients:

  • 500g of beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, julienned
  • 1 green bell pepper, julienned
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 3 green onions, chopped for garnish

Kitchen Tools Needed:

Instructions:

  • In a bowl, combine the sliced beef, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Marinate for 10 minutes.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a wok over high heat until hot. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add the marinated beef to the wok and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  • Add the sliced onion and bell peppers to the wok. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender yet crisp.
  • Season with black pepper and mix well to combine all ingredients.
  • Remove from heat, garnish with chopped green onions, and serve hot.
