Chicken Stroganoff Delight

Ingredients:

  • 450g of chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 200g of mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 200ml of chicken broth
  • 150ml of sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
  • Add chicken slices, cooking until browned.
  • Stir in mushrooms, cooking until they release juices.
  • Pour in chicken broth and Worcestershire sauce; bring to a simmer.
  • Reduce heat, stir in sour cream, and simmer gently.
  • Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
