Ingredients:

  • 100g of red onion, thinly sliced
  • 100g of shredded carrots
  • 100g of feta cheese, crumbled
  • 50g of sunflower seeds
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

  • Serving spoon

Instructions:

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli florets, cherry tomatoes, red onion, shredded carrots, feta cheese, and sunflower seeds.
