Spanish Rice Delight

Ingredients:
- 2 cups of long-grain white rice
- 4 cups of vegetable broth
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup of frozen peas
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Kitchen Tools Needed:

Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the pot. Sauté until the onion is translucent and fragrant.
- Stir in the diced red bell pepper and cook for another 2-3 minutes until softened.
- Add the rice to the pot and stir to coat it with the oil and vegetables.
- Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
- Add the paprika, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
- Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and let it simmer for about 18-20 minutes, or until the rice is cooked and the liquid is absorbed.
- Add the frozen peas to the pot and fluff the rice with a fork. Cover and let it sit for another 5 minutes.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh cilantro.
